UPDATE: Music for All National Festival

Music for All has modified the 2020 National Festival for the safety and well-being of all those involved. The National Festival will be adjusted to provide an educational experience to the participants currently in Indianapolis and facilitate an expedient return home.

The Broken Arrow Symphonic Band 1 has modified their schedule to the following:

Thursday, March 12
11:30am - Lunch at Crowne Plaza / then change into Concert Attire
2:30pm - Load buses and go to Butler Univ
6:00pm - National Performance & Clinic
8:30pm - Dinner - Buca di Beppo
10:00pm - to Hotel & Lights Out

Friday, March 13
7:00am - Breakfast / Check out of hotel
8:00am - Depart for Broken Arrow (stops as needed on return trip)
6:00pm - Approximate Arrival in Broken Arrow

We are disappointed that the Broken Arrow involvement in the Music for All National Festival will be interrupted; yet we are encouraged that we can make a quality experience for our students in these times of uncharted health concerns. Certainly there will be more questions than answers as we complete this (and future) events. We will continue to work closely with the Broken Arrow Public Schools, Festival organizers, and parents to provide updated info as we receive it.
