MEMO- UPDATED TRAVEL INFO
2019 ORLANDO TRIP
OCTOBER 10-15, 2019
After receiving updated information from the Air Charter Flight Service, there are several modifications to the schedule. Please note the following CHANGES are different from the shared via Cut Time on Monday and from the BA Band Booster Club Meeting. NEW AND REVISED TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND BOA ORLANDO INFO ARE POSTED IN THE “Files/Docs†TAB WHEN YOU LOGIN TO CUT TIME.
COMPLETE ITINERARY POSTED ON CUT TIME:
§ Login to Cut Time and select the “Files/Docs†tab then select the “Orlando Trip Information†Folder that contains updated files and the complete Orlando Trip Itinerary
TULSA AIRPORT ARRIVAL LOCATIONS:
- § Students will still meet in the RENTAL CAR AREA at the Tulsa Airport (UPSTAIRS on the ARRIVALS level in the Center Terminal)
- § CHANGE: All students will receive their BA Luggage Tags by checking in with the Chaperones in one of FOUR different lines from BA Pride Chaperones
- Line 1: Flight Group 1 Last Names A-Lo
- Line 2: Flight Group 1 Last Names M-Zo
- Line 3: Flight Group 2 Last Names A-Lo
- Line 4: Flight Group 2 Last Names M-Z
NEW CHECK IN TIMES (ARRIVAL TIME TO TULSA AIRPORT):
- § Flight Group 1 NOW CHECK IN / ARRIVE at Airport by 4:00 AM (Please do not arrive earlier than 3:45AM)
- § Flight Group 2 NOW CHECK IN / ARRIVE at Airport by 4:45 AM (Please do not arrive earlier than 4:30 AM)
PROCEDURE UPON ARRIVAL AT TULSA AIRPORT:
- § Check In with Chaperones at the Rental Car Area. Detailed info above (4 Check in Lines)
- § Go to Airline Counters
- FLIGHT GROUP1 (Allegiant) will go to the ALLEGIANT TICKET COUNTER
- FLIGHT GROUP 2 (Miami Air) will go the DELTA TICKET COUNTER (with Miami Air signage) - § Each Traveler will do the following at the Ticket Counter
- Check In / Drop off your Suitcase (Only 1 Suitcase per traveler – 50 pound limit)
- Have Student ID checked by Airline Staff
- Receive your Boarding Pass§ Move back upstairs to the TSA Security Check Point
- With your Carry on bag (must fit in overhead bin) and your personal item (must fit under seat in front of you)
- Have your Boarding Pass AND Student ID ready to show the TSA Agent
- Proceed through the Security Screening Check point
- Remove all Liquids (3.4 oz or less) and any other items as directed by TSA Agents
- Follow all Instructions by TSA Agents - § Proceed to your Designated Departure Gate and Prepare to board our private flight to Orlando
NEW ARRIVAL TIMES ON RETURN FLIGHTS FROM ORLANDO TO TULSA:
- § The following revisions have been shared from the Air Charter Flight Service (subject to change again)
- § FLIGHT GROUP 1 NOW arrives in Tulsa at 12:37 AM on early Tuesday morning (October 15)
- § FLIGHT GROUP 2 NOW arrives in Tulsa at 1:15 AM on early Tuesday morning (October 15)
ATTIRE FOR TRAVELING TO ORLANDO:
The following items will not be worn on the flight from Tulsa to Orlando
- § No Flip Flop
- § No Shorts
- § No T Shirts
- § No Pajamas pants or sweat pants
