Broken Arrow All Staters
Congratulations to All Broken Arrow students that worked so hard to prepare for the Oklahoma All State Auditions! Congratulations are in order for our newest All Staters by virtue of their outstanding auditions. This is a NEW Record of 25 All Staters from the Broken Arrow Bands!! These students are certainly to be congratulated for their dedication and preparation. Congratulations to all!!

Account Payments
Please be sure to indicated how you want payments applied to your student account. Pride, Indoor Percussion, Wind Band, or other fees need to be differentiated for deposit. This includes fundraising and Pride work payments. Thanks for your help!

Charms
As we wind down the Pride season, please be sure to check Charms for any final balances due. Student gloves, shirt, and shoe charges from band trips have been applied to the accounts. All accounts must be paid in full at this time. For any questions about log in issues, the Charms app, or account information, contact Mrs. Good. lsgood@baschools.org

Indoor Percussion
Rehearsal schedule for the week includes the following:

Monday (12/10): 5:00-9:00
Friday (12/14): 5:00-9:00
Saturday (12/15): 1:00-5:00 AND 6:00-9:00

The first Indoor Percussion Payment of $250 will be due THIS Friday, December 14th. Checks can be given to Mrs. Good in the Fine Arts office or placed in the Fine Arts Wing payment dropbox located in the Orchestra Hallway.

E Jazz Auditions
Auditions for the 2018-19 E-Jazz Band will be held at BAHS THIS Wednesday (12/12) from 3:15-4:30 PM. E-Jazz is open to all band students in grades 9-12; rhythm section members (drums, bass, guitar, bass guitar, piano) are open to all fine arts students. Audition materials will be available this week in the BAHS and BA Freshman Academy Band Room(s).

Help is still needed for concerts this week! Donations of cookies and punch and help serving is needed for the Freshman concert on December 11th and the High School Concert on the 13th. Please sign up at this LINK to donate something or to help. No one will miss their student performing.

Your Operations team continues to support the Pride as they travel throughout the playoff season. As iron sharpens iron, the commitment of your students continues to inspire and motivate these dedicated Operations parents to pursue excellence in all they do.

SECRET GARDEN CANDLE FUNDRAISER - Candles are in! Contact Debbie to arrange a pickup time.

CHOCOLATE FUNDRAISER - Chocolate is ONLY sold during scheduled fundraiser pickup dates/times and band parent meetings. Cash/checks for payment only please. Important to remember - if you turn in money from selling chocolate, please mark it as a band payment so that it gets posted to Charms that way; you will have already paid the profit upfront. ::::::: PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT UPDATE::::::: - You MUST include your contact information (email address and phone number) on ALL fundraiser order forms before turning them in (even if the form doesn't ask for that info). Also, if you are not receiving our fundraising emails already and you participate in fundraising at all, you need to be added to that email list because that is the best way to receive current news about fundraisers; please ask to be added to that email list if you are not already on it. Finally, be sure to join the Broken Arrow Bands Members and Family Group on Facebook. We will upload fundraiser order forms and guidelines to the files section there each month once they begin.

INDOOR PERCUSSION 2019 SHOW SHIRTS, DECALS, AND BUTTON ORDERS - ORDERS DUE MONDAY, JANUARY 14!
Order forms are now available for the 2019 Indoor Percussion Season. Please click on the links below to print your forms. These have a fairly quick turnaround, so please do not wait to order. Remember we have an approximate 2 week Christmas break so get them in before or quickly after the break!Instructions to order:

1) Print and fill out forms for items you wish to order.
2)Turn printed forms with cash or check (made payable to BA Bands) into the band office or place in the payment slot near the orchestra room. (Your student may also turn these in)
3) DUE DATE IS MONDAY JANUARY 14!

ORNAMENT AND DECAL PICKUP THURSDAY DECEMBER 13 6PM TO 6:45PM AT PAC BEFORE BAHS BAND CONCERT-. If you ordered decals and ornaments BEFORE this past Thursday, November 29, we will have those available for pickup BEFORE the high school band concert on Thursday, December 13 in the lobby of the PAC. We will be there 6 to 6:45PM. PLEASE plan to pickup at that time if you need these items before Christmas.

If you are a freshman parent, we ask that you stop by the PAC to pick up on Dec 13 6 to 6:45pm even if you won't be attending the concert or ask a high school parent to pick up for you! Thanks!For those who ordered on Nov 29 at Pride Store, we will likely have your orders ready for pickup on Dec 13 also, but we will keep you posted as that date gets closer.

STREET SIGNS - Pre-Ordered Street Signs will be available for pickup in January/February timeframe. We will keep you posted when they are available.
