Closed and Open Rehearsals As always, our Pride rehearsals are closed to the public. However, in these beginning stages of learning the show, we will open rehearsal to family and friends periodically.

FUNCTIONS Special Diets. If your student has a special diet that should be considered during feedings this season, please let us know by registering that information through this LINK .
For special diets, please have your student find us behind the serving lines in the cafeteria with special diet meals.
Friday night is the first ballgame, reminder that your student will be fed on Friday night between rehearsal and the game. Please remember that no outside food or drink should be brought to students. They will also need to bring a water jug, which can be refilled under the stadium prior to eating dinner. New water jugs for all members should be delivered by the 2nd home game.
Also for Friday night, hornline and percussion will need sliders, socks, gloves, shoes, and tradition shirts. Guard will need black spanx, performance under garments and makeup. These items are the responsibility of the student and not provided by the school.

We will be stocking this Thursday to prepare for Friday’s game. We will begin around 5:30pm. No need to sign up. Just need to show up! The more hands we have the faster the job gets done! You do NOT need a food handlers card to stock.

GOLF TOURNAMENT September 23, 2018 is the date for the Third Annual Pride of Broken Arrow Golf Tournament ! Battlecreek Golf will be the site once again. We will have registration and sponsorship forms in a few day ! Once again we are opening this up for families to have $50.00 added to your child’s trip account ! You get a team put together ( 4 individuals at $100 each person) and $50.00 will be added to your account. MONDAY NIGHT! BUFFALO WILD WINGS DINE OUT NIGHT - MONDAY, AUGUST 20 - 5 TO 9PM This fundraising event will be Monday, August 20 from 5-9PM at Buffalo Wild Wings at 1151 North 20th Street in Broken Arrow Hills location. The Pride of BA will receive 10% of proceeds! You must have your the flyer on your phone or printed out to show the cashier or your server. CLICK HERE for flyer!

DISCOUNT CARDS - The due date for the discount cards and money to be turned in has passed; discount cards are now PAST DUE. Any cards or money that were not been returned as of last Friday August 17 (2 weeks past the deadline) will have student accounts charged the band portion per the agreement that was signed when the cards were checked out; the charges will remain even if the cards or money are turned in after August 17.
CHOCOLATE FUNDRAISER - The next opportunity to purchase chocolate will be at the September band parent meeting. Note: Chocolate is ONLY sold during scheduled fundraiser pickup dates/times and band parent meetings. Cash/checks for payment only please. Important to remember - if you turn in money from selling chocolate, please mark it as a band payment so that it gets posted to Charms that way; you will have already paid the profit upfront. FALL FLOWERS FUNDRAISER - Our August fundraiser will be fall flowers. It will include a variety of colors of mums and pansies. This fundraiser ends August 28. All order forms and money are due that day; no late orders please
PHONE CORD FUNDRAISER - Another August fundraiser will be Cords of Steel phone cords. There are options depending on the phone. These are flexible stainless steel cords with alloy charging heads; they plug into your phone at a right angle rather than coming straight out. They come with a lifetime warranty, and come in a variety of colors. These cords are amazing! This fundraiser ends August 28. All order forms and money are due that day; no late orders please. Remember to make sure your name and contact information is included on the order form!
::::::: PLEASE READ ::::::: - You MUST include your contact information (email address and phone number) on ALL fundraiser order forms before turning them in (even if the form doesn't ask for that info). Also, if you are not receiving our fundraising emails already and you participate in fundraising at all, you need to be added to that email list because that is the best way to receive current news about fundraisers; please ask to be added to that email list if you are not already on it.
LEGENDS CAR WASH FUNDRAISER - CODE 1219 IS GOOD YEAR ROUND! Need a car wash? Each time the code 1219 is entered, the BA Bands program gets 20% of the sale at Legends Car Wash at Kenosha and Aspen (2300 W. Kenosha). This link has a bar code and the code number. PRIDE WORK - Earn Money For Your Band Trip Account - There are so many ways to earn money for your band trip account! Start earning money now for the 2018 marching season.
Many of these opportunities go quickly. The work sign-ups are sent via email to those on the Pride Work email list. Please ask to get on the Pride Work email list by writing to bapridework@gmail.com.

PRIDE LETTER JACKETS - ORDER NOW! (Order before 8/31 to have in time for competitions in October!) The Pride Store does not take orders for Pride Letter Jackets. Starting now, you may go directly to Yvonne's Monograms & Embroidery and order during their operating hours of M-F 7AM-4PM! You can stop by to get a fitting and order your Pride Jacket! Please bring your student with you to order so they can try on samples to get the correct size. ***Remember this is the only jacket that may be worn with the Pride uniform.*** *If you want your jacket before BOA in St Louis or State Championship OBA (both in October), please order before August 31! *Pride Jackets are $235.27 and require a $50 deposit when ordering. Balance is due when jacket is picked up. *The price includes the jacket with graduation year on sleeve, BA Pride logo on back, student name and instrument embroidered on right chest, and a "letter" sewn on after your student receives it from their Director. *Yvonne’s Monograms & Embroidery, Inc. is located on Main Street at 411 North Main Street, Broken Arrow, OK 74012.
