Volunteer
Grants: Did you know that some companies pay volunteer grants for their
employees who volunteer hours for organizations. Is your company one of
those? Do you work for Walmart, DirecTV, IBM or State Farm? Those are 4
companies of the many who offer volunteer grants. Check with your HR
department! This is a great opportunity that allows your hard work to
benefit BA Bands! Most of these grants are around $500. Turn your
volunteer hours into money!
If
you have a contact at a company that might be interested in sponsoring
the Pride, let us know ! We have several levels of sponsorship, we
have general sponsorships and special event sponsors.

FUNDRAISING Sheri Sharp - BABandFundraising@gmail.com
RUSTIC CUFF PARTY! NEW EXCITING EVENT! THURSDAY, JANUARY 4 FROM 7-9PM We are going to “Party for our PurposE†on January 4 at the South Tulsa Rustic Cuff store -- all to benefit BA Bands! This is a new event for us courtesy of Rustic Cuff! We so appreciate them! Rustic Cuff will close their stores and open from 7-9PM for our guests to shop, enjoy light refreshments and even a “special†or two! 25% of the proceeds will go BA Bands! We will have more information about the event ON social media soon, including a printable invitation to bring to the “partyâ€. Please spread the word and invite your friends, family and neighbors!
DINE-OUT NIGHTS AND OTHER FUNDRAISING EVENTS: We are working on several upcoming Dine-Out nights as well as a few GREAT fundraising events in the early months of 2018! Stay tuned!
INDIVIDUAL FUNDRAISER UPDATES - Currently we have no new fundraisers scheduled until after the first of the year, however, if there are any changes to our schedule, we will keep you posted by email, on enews and social media. Pride members planning to return next season may continue to fundraise all year.
WREATH FUNDRAISER - Wreaths will be in this week; an exact date is not yet known. There will be a limited supply of extras from the wreath fundraiser available on a first come basis once the order arrives (no holds, so please do not ask). Stay tuned to fundraising emails and the Facebook group for delivery dates and times.
SOAP FUNDRAISER - Soaps will be ready most likely the week of December 18, but an exact date is not yet known. Stay tuned to fundraising emails and the Facebook group for delivery dates and times.
BEEF JERKY STICKS - Jerky sticks are available by pre-order and pre-purchase through the band only; the turnaround time to get them is quick - usually about a week once we place an order (orders will be placed at the beginning of each month; the next order will be placed around the first of January.) We can also email you an order form if you need one or CLICK HERE to print one. Please contact Debbie at BABandFundraising@gmail.com with questions. This is the ONLY fundraiser we offer that you will pay ONLY the cost upfront, not the profit as well, due to the cost of the sticks. You will still be responsible for turning the profit into the band office for this fundraiser.
CHOCOLATE FUNDRAISER - We have the $1 variety bar boxes, $1 caramel bar boxes, and $2 almond boxes available. Also, important to remember - if you turn in money from selling chocolate, please mark it as a band payment so that it gets posted to Charms that way; you will have already paid the profit upfront. CLICK HERE for the chocolate fundraiser guidelines.
::::::: PLEASE READ ::::::: - You MUST include your contact information (email address and phone number) on ALL fundraiser order forms before turning them in (even if the form doesn't ask for that info). Also, if you are not receiving our fundraising emails already and you participate in fundraising at all, you need to be added to that email list because that is the best way to receive current news about fundraisers; please ask to be added to that email list if you are not already on it.
For more information on ANY of the fundraisers listed above, please contact Debbie Gowriluk at BABandFundraising@gmail.com.
