Online Participation Forms:
Online participation forms for sophomores, juniors and seniors are ready for the 2017-2018 season. FRESHMAN DATA IS NOT YET IN THE SYSTEM. WE WILL SEND ANOTHER UPDATE WHEN THOSE FORMS ARE READY.
You must have your student’s ID number in order to complete the forms. Visit the Rank One website by clicking HERE. Begin at the “Home†tab, which will guide you through the process. The OSSAA physical forms must be printed and completed by your physician and are due in person to Mrs. Good.
If you do not see your student listed, and they are not a freshman, please let Mrs. Good know by emailing your student name and ID#. If you have any other questions regarding Rank One, contact Lisa Good in the band office – lsgood@baschools.org.
