MARK YOUR CALENDARS! GEORGIA’S ARTS AND CRAFTS FUNDRAISER ON MONDAY EVENING, JULY 10!
We will have more information on this event soon! This will be great for your family, neighbors, siblings and friends to enjoy ceramic painting for an evening and support BA Bands in the process. This would also be a fun event to get your sections together before Pride Camp begins in late July!Georgia’s has as its mission to create a fun environment while providing artistic opportunities! Georgia’s is located at 71st and Aspen.


GOURMET COOKIE DOUGH FUNDRAISER
The cookie dough fundraiser has been postponed until July.  We will do it along with a fun pasta shapes fundraiser!


BEEF JERKY STICKS
Jerky sticks are available by pre-order and pre-purchase through the band only; the turnaround time to get them is quick - usually about a week once we place an order (orders will be placed at the beginning of each month; the next order will go in at the beginning of July). We can also email you an order form if you need one or CLICK HERE to print one. Please contact Debbie at BABandFundraising@gmail.com with questions.


DISCOUNT CARD FUNDRAISER
Discount cards are still available. There are 17 merchants on the card. The cost is $15, and the card can be used repeatedly through June 30, 2018. Merchants include restaurants and food vendors (Los Mariachi's Mexican Restaurant, Ron's Hamburgers, IHOP, EspressOh!, Savannah's at Forest Ridge Golf Club, Wendy's, Rollo-O's Bakery, Cici's Pizza, Not Your Grandma's Cupcakes, Kona Ice, and City Blends Smoothie Cafe). Several stores in downtown BA are included, all with great items for you, for your children, for your pets, for your home, and for gift giving (On the Corner, 1907, Plum Wild Boutique, and Simplicity). And for your feet and your athletic wear needs, there is Fleet Feet Sports.

Five cards can be checked out the first time. Once those cards are sold, you will be able to get more cards when the money is turned in from those previous sales. This fundraiser will be available through July 31. This will be the largest profit margin on a fundraiser that we offer this season.

LET US KNOW ASAP! We are considering setting locations to have Pride members do group sales of discount cards from, where profits from the sales of the cards are split among the members who work that shift. If your member would be interested in be a part of this during June and July, please email BABandFundraising@gmail.com and let us know.


IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING FUNDRAISERS!!!
There have been several fundraisers turned in lately that have had NO contact information on them. You MUST include your contact information on the fundraiser before you turn your order form in to us. Without that information, we have no way to contact you if there is a problem with your order and to let you know your order has come in. We do not have access to any school records, so we cannot look up your information to be able to contact you; we rely solely on you to provide that information to us. Also, you need to let us know if you are fundraising for Pride or for Europe; if it is not specified, we will be putting the funds towards Pride.

Thanks to all who’ve signed up to volunteer for Drums of Summer! We’ve had a great response however; we still need more volunteers for this event. We still have several jobs available and would love to have you join us! We’ll send out the schedule and job info soon by email as well as the date for the DoS volunteer meeting where we’ll go over the event. To volunteer for this event, CLICK HERE!

Many of our Pre-Orders have summer due dates. You may turn them into the band office, mail them into address on form, or turn them in at Pride Store days or Band Parent meeting:

PURCHASE BAND PHOTOS ONLINE
Our band photographers have taken wonderful pictures of our kids at practice, in competitions, in parades and so much more. These pictures can now be purchased online only. We will no longer have the photos at the Pride Store. Ordering online is easy and you can see ALL of the photos you wish to see. Go to http://pridepictures.dotphoto.com . All profits go to our band booster account!

Volunteer Grants: Did you know that some companies pay volunteer grants for their employees who volunteer hours for organizations. Is your company one of those? Do you work for Walmart, DirecTV, IBM or State Farm? Those are 4 companies of the many who offer volunteer grants. Check with your HR department! This is a great opportunity that allows your hard work to benefit BA Bands! Most of these grants are around $500. Turn your volunteer hours into money!

If you have a contact at a company that might be interested in sponsoring the Pride, let us know!  We have several levels of sponsorship, we have general sponsorships and special event sponsors.

CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL FOR BA BANDS E-MAILS! Please check your Spam or Junk mail folder for emails from any BA Bands email addresses. These include but are not limited to: BAConcessions@gmail.com; bapridework@hotmail.com; BABandFundRaising@gmail.com;; BASpecialEvents@gmail.com; and BAStadiumCleanup@gmail.com.

If you see any of these emails in your Junk or Spam folder, add the email address for those emails to your contact list. That should ensure you receive future emails correctly. If you wish to be removed from any of these mailing lists, send a message to the appropriate address and ask to be removed.
