PRIDE STORE AND FUNDRAISING TABLE OPEN MAY 25 IN THE BAND HALL
When: Thursday, May 25
Time: 4-6PM (convenient for when you pick up kids at Mini Pride Camp)
Place: BA High School Band Hall (near the band room)

Cash or check made payable to BAHS Bands only. No credit cards at this time.

*We are extending the Pride Duffle Bag offer of $40 through May 25!!! Stop by and order yours! (Cost is $45 after May 25)
* We are extending the white band shirt sale of $10 through May 25! (Color Guard black shirts also available for $10)
* Turn in order forms you picked up on Tuesday at the Pride Store or come buy and fill out forms if you didn't have the chance this week. Cash or check made payable to BAHS Bands.
* You can purchase shirts and all of our Pride items from our Pride closet.
* FUNDRAISING - you can pick up and turn in discount cards, pick up packet for new bag fundraiser and orders forms for jerky sales, and we will have bars, almonds and pretzels available for fundraising!!Hope to see you there!


MIXED BAG DESIGNS FUNDRAISER - BAGS AND KITCHEN ITEMS
This fundraiser has begun. Packets were given out at the May band parent meeting. There are a few packets still available and can be picked up Thursday from 4-6 outside the band room at the high school. This fundraiser includes both in-person catalog sales and online catalog sales; profit margins are different for each. For more information, contact BABandFundraising@gmail.com. This fundraiser ends May 30.

RUSTIC CUFF FUNDRAISER IS HERE!
The Rustic Cuff bracelets from our spring fundraiser are here! If you participated in this fundraiser, we will have these cuffs available to pick up Thursday from 4-6pm outside the band room at the high school. We will just be handing out cuffs to those who sold them in the last fundraiser; at this time, will not be selling any extra cuffs from *this sale. If you cannot pick yours up then, please email Debbie at BABandFundraising@gmail.com. Extras from this fundraiser will be sold only after all the ordered ones have been picked up, and only on a first come basis, no holds, once we announce they are for sale.

CHOCOLATE BARS, ALMONDS, PRETZEL RODS
We have bars, almonds, and pretzel rods available for purchase, and will have them Thursday from 4-6pm outside the band room at the high school. You can also get them at other times by texting Debbie or emailing her at BABandFundraising@gmail.com. All chocolate must be paid for upfront, and the profit will be turned in to Mrs. Good to credit your student account.

BEEF JERKY STICKS
We will now be offering jerky sticks as a fundraiser. For now, these will be available by pre-order and pre-purchase only, but the turnaround time to get them is quick - about a week once we place an order. We can also email you an order form if you need one. We will have samples and order forms on Thursday from 4-6pm outside the band room at the high school.

DISCOUNT CARD FUNDRAISER
Discount cards are still available. There are 17 merchants on the card. The cost is $15, and the card can be used repeatedly through June 30, 2018. Merchants include restaurants and food vendors (Los Mariachi's Mexican Restaurant, Ron's Hamburgers, IHOP, EspressOh!, Savannah's at Forest Ridge Golf Club, Wendy's, Rollo-O's Bakery, Cici's Pizza, Not Your Grandma's Cupcakes, Kona Ice, and City Blends Smoothie Cafe). Several stores in downtown BA are included, all with great items for you, for your children, for your pets, for your home, and for gift giving (On the Corner, 1907, Plum Wild Boutique, and Simplicity). And for your feet and your athletic wear needs, there is Fleet Feet Sports.

Five cards can be checked out the first time. Once those cards are sold, you will be able to get more cards when the money is turned in from those previous sales. This fundraiser will be available through July 31.


EXTRA RUSTIC CUFFS FROM PREVIOUS FUNDRAISERS FOR SALE!
We have a limited supply of Rustic Cuffs from the two previous fundraisers held that we are selling at cost (there will be no profit added to your student account). We will have this available on Thursday from 4-6pm outside the band room at the high school, so if you missed out on some previously that you wanted, this will be your chance to get them.  They're available on a first come basis, no holds.

SECOND ANNUAL PRIDE OPEN GOLF TOURNAMENT JUNE 9, 2017
WE NEED YOUR HELP SECURING TEAMS TO PLAY IN THE TOURNAMENT !!! PLEASE CONTACT YOUR FRIENDS, CO-WORKERS, ETC AND HELP US SIGN UP TEAMS. If you would like, we can contact them, just email me the information!  The event will be held at BattleCreek Golf Club again this year. If you would like serve on a variety of committees to make the event a success please, email Carrie Crane at development.bapride@gmail.com.

We will still need volunteers for the 2nd Annual Golf Tournament. It s on a Friday ( June 9th ) and we know that s a little harder to volunteer.. DUFFLE BAG AND T-SHIRT SPECIAL EXTENDED THRU MAY 25!

*PRIDE DUFFLE BAGS will be $40 (regularly $45) thru Thursday, May 25. After May 25, the bags will be $45. The Duffle Bags must be pre-ordered and will arrive by August. We will communicate via email when they are ready for pick-up.
* White Band T-shirts are $10 (regular $15) - this special extended through May 25!
* Lots of clearance T-shirts are still $5, too.

PRIDE STORE PRE-ORDER FORMS NOW AVAILABLE - As many of you saw Tuesday night in the Pride Store, we have lots of order forms. We have several items we have offered for quite a few years. These items are well-loved by many students and parents and have become collectibles and traditions! The order forms for Show Shirts, GoBA shirts, Show Buttons, Show Luggage Tags, Show Dog Tags, Show Street Signs, Decal, Ornaments, and Duffle Bags may be found on the BA Bands website by going to "Resources" and then "The Pride Store" or just click here: Order Forms

STUDENT SHOW SHIRT AND BUTTON INCLUDED IN FEES - Each Pride student will receive one show shirt and one show button which is included in their band fees. There is no need to fill out any forms for their included items. These items will be distributed to the band students sometime in late September or early October. Any extra shirts or buttons for your student or for parents, friends, and family members must be purchased by filling out an order form. NEW PRE-ORDER! PRIDE OF BROKEN ARROW METAL CUFF & SPARKLE STRETCH BRACELET - This new Pride of BA jewelry is pre-ordered with delivery in September. We are excited about these! Buy a set or a few for your family and friends. They are $15 each or 2 for $25. They are great to stack and wear for all of our Pride events/competitions, football games, or just for wearing and showing your Pride spirit everyday! NEW PRE-ORDER! PRIDE AND BA BANDS SPIRIT JERSEYS -
We had great feedback on these on Tuesday night! FYI --We have TWO SEPARATE ORDER FORMS for these new spirit jerseys (The order forms look very much alike!) One order form is for the style with "PRIDE OF BROKEN ARROW" on the back and the other "BROKEN ARROW BANDS" on back.
Orders are due in August with delivery in September.

1) PRIDE OF BROKEN ARROW JERSEY
* Choose from six color schemes (Lettering/logos will be the colors shown on order form)
* “PRIDE OF BROKEN ARROW” on back and choose “Instrument/Position”, the word “Parent” or the word “Alumni” to be added on back.
* For the front left side, you can choose “Name/Instrument”, “Pride of Broken Arrow” or “Pride of Broken Arrow” logo w/ name.

2) BA BAND JERSEY
* Choose from six color schemes (Lettering/logos will be the colors shown on order form)
* “BROKEN ARROW BANDS” on back. No additions.
* For the front left side, you can choose the following logos: Pride of Broken Arrow, BA Bands, Indoor Percussion, or Europe 2018 and choose with or without a name. You can also have Instrument/Position and Name instead.

PURCHASE BAND PHOTOS ONLINE
Our band photographers have taken wonderful pictures of our kids at practice, in competitions, in parades and so much more. These pictures can now be purchased online only. We will no longer have the photos at the Pride Store. Ordering online is easy and you can see ALL of the photos you wish to see. Go to http://pridepictures.dotphoto.com . All profits go to our band booster account!

Volunteer Grants: Did you know that some companies pay volunteer grants for their employees who volunteer hours for organizations. Is your company one of those? Do you work for Walmart, DirecTV, IBM or State Farm? Those are 4 companies of the many who offer volunteer grants. Check with your HR department! This is a great opportunity that allows your hard work to benefit BA Bands! Most of these grants are around $500. Turn your volunteer hours into money!

If you have a contact at a company that might be interested in sponsoring the Pride, let us know!  We have several levels of sponsorship, we have general sponsorships and special event sponsors.

These include but are not limited to: BAConcessions@gmail.com; bapridework@hotmail.com; BABandFundRaising@gmail.com;; BASpecialEvents@gmail.com; and BAStadiumCleanup@gmail.com.

If you see any of these emails in your Junk or Spam folder, add the email address for those emails to your contact list. That should ensure you receive future emails correctly. If you wish to be removed from any of these mailing lists, send a message to the appropriate address and ask to be removed.
