Online Participation Forms
Online participation forms are ready for the 2016-2017 season. You must have your student’s ID number. Visit the Rank One website at BY CLICKING HERE. Begin at the “Home†tab, which will guide you through the process. All electronic forms and physical forms are due July 22nd. The OSSAA physical forms must be printed and completed by your physician and are due in person to Mrs. Good by July 22nd.
Wellspring will once again be providing Pride members an opportunity to complete their physicals at the high school. See additional information in the latest edition of eNews.
