BA Bands Special Edition eNews - 9/10/15
Pride Trip to Coppell, TX
Issues with the Charter Bus company have prompted us to make a revision to the Pride's scheduled itinerary to Coppell, Texas. The revised itinerary, including all report times, are listed below:
Updated Itinerary for Friday, September 11
9:00am Pride Rehearsal at BA Stadium – Spirit Show Rehearsal
All Pride members will report to ‘Stretch Block’ in the stadium by 9:00am.
Pride members will not report to classes Friday morning (Except the HS Wind Ensemble), and may NOT be in any classroom building while classes are in session
HS Wind Ensemble WILL have a Sectional Rehearsal from 8:00-8:54am
10:30am Load equipment – Semi will be loaded at the Band Loading Dock
Students should bring their own lunch to eat while on the road to Texas. Students will not be permitted to leave campus for lunch.
11:30am Students seated on Coaches – Roll check
11:45am Depart for Coppell, TX
5:30pm Arrive at Coppell HS - Eat Dinner, unload, change into uniform
7:00pm In Stands ready for game
7:30pm Kick off
The Pride of Broken Arrow will perform at halftime of the game
10:00pm Approximate End of Game - Load Equipment, Change out of uniform, Load Buses
10:30pm Approximate Departure from Coppell HS toward BA
3:30am Approximate Arrival to BA HS - Unload Equipment and Uniforms, Go Home
