Pride Banquet: March 27th - Ticket Deadline EXTENDED UNTIL TUESDAY
Ticket sales have been extended until TUESDAY, March 24 at 4:00pm. Unfortunately, NO TICKETS MAY BE SOLD OR PICKED UP AFTER THAT DATE AND TIME. Pride members are admitted free, but MUST HAVE A TICKET.

The Pride Banquet will be held on March 27th at the Tulsa Renaissance Hotel. Tickets are currently on sale in the band office and ticket sales will end on TUESDAY! Tickets are $38 each and members will receive a free ticket. This year's Pride Banquet will once again feature: Season Celebration, Photo Montage, Student Achievement Awards, a dance following the event, and a guest speaker.

Where?  When?

  • Tulsa Renaissance Hotel
  • Friday, March 27th
  • 6:30pm - Ballroom Doors Open
  • 7:00pm - Program Begins
  • 9:30pm (Approximate) - Dance begins for students and parents

Student Packets
Each student will receive a "Packet" of important items. It is recommended that each student pick up their packet before 6:50pm in the lobby to the ballroom and place it in a secure location (your vehicle). Each packet contains the following:

  • BOA Grand National and Super Regional personalized certificate
  • "Mini" placard patches from BOA Super Regional and Grand Nationals
  • Pride group photo from BOA Grand National Championships
  • Pride Composite Photo featuring All Pride members
  • ...and possibly another surprise...

The Dance

  • Will begin Immediately following the conclusion of the Pride Banquet (approx. 9:30pm - 12:00am)
  • Pride members and parents are welcome to enjoy the dance
  • Pride members will not be allowed to exit the building and return to the dance.  Once you leave, you may not return
  • Parent Chaperones will supervise and maintain an appropriate, fun environment
  • The hotel will offer soft drinks for $1 each

Want to get photos of your children and their friends?

  • It is suggested that any 'group' photos are taken BEFORE 7:00pm
  • From last year's experience, the students will be more excited about going to the dance after the banquet than taking group photos :)


Banquet Volunteer Help & Dietary Request DEADLINE

We’re in need of the following volunteers for the upcoming Pride Banquet on March 27th. We’re looking for ticket takers, packet distributors, and dance chaperones. If you’re willing to serve in one of these capacities, please send us an email to bafunctions@gmail.com with your contact details. Don’t worry, you won’t miss any of the banquet as these jobs are either before it starts (tickets and packets) or directly afterwards (dance).

Any special dietary requests for the Pride Banquet must be received by March 23rd at 4:00pm.


Last Minute Pride Banquet Seating Reservation
We have received reservations for approximately 60 tables. If you have someone you would like to sit with please go ahead & turn in your reservations even if its just 3-6 people or a full table of 10. Go ahead & turn it in today. Note: any "open seating" tables will be positioned in the back of the hotel ballroom.

All reservations will be taken on a first come first serve basis through the following email only. Email address: BAPrideBanquet@gmail.com  All emails will receive a reply.




Indoor Percussion Provides Fantastic performances at the WGI Mid-South Regional in Bowling Green, KY
Congratulations are in order to our student performers and staff of the INAUGURAL Edition of Broken Arrow Indoor Percussion. The group traveled to Bowling Green, Kentucky over Spring Break and competed against a wide range of groups representing The Mid South Region. Our BA Indoor Percussion improved their placement to 3rd place and finished first in the Music caption in the Finals Competition and First in the Visual Caption in the Preliminaries. What an incredible beginning for this Newly formed ensemble in the BA Bands. Congratulations!!!



Next Band Parent Meeting April 14
Our next band parent meeting will be on Tuesday, April 14 in the High School Band Hall at 7:00pm.


Percussion Ensemble Concert
As a reminder, the March 6th Percussion Concert has been rescheduled to Tuesday, March 24th at the Central on Main Ballroom at 7:00 PM.

Colorguard Training / Auditions
Training sessions are underway. Auditions will be held on April 10th and 11th . Training and auditions are open to all students grades 8-11. Students should arrive wearing black comfortable clothes suitable for dance. NO previous experience or training is necessary! VETERANS are required to attend training sessions.

COULDN’T PICK UP YOUR PRE-ORDERED ITEM? The Pride Closet will be open after school EVERY 4TH TUESDAY OF THE MONTH from 2:30 to 4:00 pm. This is the perfect time to pick up pre-ordered items if you cannot attend the band parent meetings. This month, the Pride Closet will be open from 2:30 to 4:00 on March 24th. We are in need of two volunteers for Monday the 23rd and three for Tuesday the 24th for soccer games.

Special Events
Run with the Pride- We’re planning on moving the run to September 19th this year.

We are looking for volunteers who would like to be on the planning committee to help find sponsors for food and monetary sponsors. We need to get that process started early. Sponsors are a big part of making the run a success. If you would like to be part of the committee please email us at baspecialevents@gmail.com


Marketing Development
We are looking for businesses interested in partnering with BA Bands.  Corporate Partnerships are a great way to invest in the Broken Arrow Band Program.  We have awesome sponsorship packages available with advertising opportunities.  All monies collected through our Partnership Program benefit the General Fund.  This fund helps purchase equipment, instruments, uniforms, etc., which benefits all of our kiddos!
