Band Booster Meeting - This Monday - 2/8 at 7:00pm
There will be a BA Band Booster Club Meeting THIS Monday (2/7) at 7:00pm in the Broken Arrow Performing Arts Center. At this meeting there will be a great deal of new info to launch us into to the Spring Semester and beyond. Some topics include:
- - Spring Concert Ensemble performances and events
- - Jazz Ensemble update
- - Percussion Ensemble Virtual Concert plans
- - Indoor Percussion update
- - 2021 Pride Training Sessions: Color Guard and Horn Line
- - 2021 Pride Audition Schedule
- - Fall 2021 Pride Info

Car Show
Thanks to everyone who came out and supported the car show. We were able to increase what we made over last year and with all of the curveballs 2020 threw us all the way up to the day of the car show I am very pleased with what we accomplished. Thanks to Frankie Catlett and Walmart for graciously allowing us to host the car show and our vendors and sponsors that came and provided services and prizes to giveaway to allow us to raise money for our kids and this first class band program.

Volunteer Food Handler’s Permit. You can acquire the permit online and
it only takes a few minutes to complete. You can take the course and

The Pride Store will be open for pre-order pickup only at tomorrow’s (02/08/2021) Parent Meeting. The pick-up window will be open 30 minutes prior to and immediately following the meeting.
Updates for backlog items:
2020 Street Signs - We’ve had changes with our vendor, so 2020 show street signs are not yet available. Once a delivery date has been set, we’ll schedule a pick-up date and send a notification to those with open orders. Please also stay tuned to eNews.
2020 Show Coasters - The coasters are in process. Once a final delivery date has been set, we’ll schedule a pick-up date and send a notification to those with open orders. Please also stay tuned to eNews.
2020 Show Patch - The 2020 show patch is not yet available. We’ll have additional availability information by the next Parent Meeting.
