Charms is a student management software, and no doubt some of our veteran parents will remember having used it. Charms has been upgraded on the administrative side, and will be used in all facets of student management by the band office and the BA Band Booster officers. We highly suggest that each of you watch the informative video below. Once viewed, log in to your account per the instructions, and update all the profile information for the student and adults associated with the student profile. This is to ensure you receive all communication from the band directors and boosters. Parents will not have their own profile but will be listed within the student profile. Video: Getting Started with Charms For the initial log in, use the school code “brokenarrowband†and your student’s school ID number. Our goal is to move all Cut Time financial balances to Charms during the week of November 30th. The balance will show up as one entry in the Charms miscellaneous ledgers. Once that is complete, all future financial entries and information will be available and come through Charms. As always, please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you!
