Music For All Pledge Event - All Together Now!
On what would have been Bands of America Grand National Finals evening, Music For All brings you a fun, memorable, and exciting online live pledge event. This online pledge event will feature many special performances and recognition including:
- - Patrick John Hughes Parent / Booster Award
- - George Parks Leadership in Music Education Award
- - 2020 Bands of America Hall of Fame Inductees - featuring our very own Mr. Davis!
- - Student Scholarship Awards
- - BOA Past Performance Highlights

Tiger Football Playoff Games
For your planning - All Pride members will participate in the Football Playoff Games. Games played in Broken Arrow are required by the Pride members. Games played away from BA will be determined by admin. Mark your calendars appropriately
BA Veteran’s Day Parade / Future Community Performances
The Pride will participate in the NEW BA Veteran’s Day Parade on Saturday, November 7. This is (as are all Pride performances) a required event. After the success of performing at a local long term care facility last week, we will add additional future BA Community Performances as they come available. This is our chance for the Pride to give back even more than we have in the past to those that have graciously supported us!

Thank you to everyone who supported the third annual Concert of Rides event yesterday. The event couldn’t have happened without the support of several hard-working volunteers. We were fortunate to have beautiful sunny weather and a great turnout!
As we wind down the marching season and transition to indoor percussion and concert performances, we would like to say a special thank you to everyone who has helped in some way to make this a great Pride season. Your efforts and positive attitudes helped to create special moments for the entire Pride family.

We are looking for sponsors for the 20-21 season if you know of a business or person who might like to sponsor The Pride please let us know. We have many different levels and ways to be a pride sponsor.Let us know if you would like more information!
Car Raffle Info!! If you do not sell all your paper certificates you still need to turn in the certificates you do not sell. We must account for all certificates.
All Money and Certificates are Due Oct 22nd. We will announce times for check ins this week. We still have opportunities for you to sell your certificates. Please see the sign up link on fb in the files section. I will also send it out again in cuttime. We are no longer checking out paper certificates, you can continue to sell online up to Oct. 31st.
If you need help selling your tickets please let us know we have a signup in the FIles section of our fb page with opportunities for you to come sell YOUR tickets.
Another way to sell is to copy the link, post it to your FB page and tag a few people. Random people that you don’t know but that know your Aunt Jan(Whom you tagged) are likely to buy a ticket. We have had several people try this and it has been successful.
We have a date for the Car Show Oct 31st!! We are looking for sponsors and vendors. If you know of someone or a business that may be interested please email me at the above email address.

Car Show
The 3rd annual Concert of Cars car show will be held on Saturday October 31st, 2020 at Walmart on Hillside drive. We will have food trucks and very cool cars. Please continue to share and post the event to your personal social media, even if you are unable to attend. This is helpful in us promoting and reaching everyone we can for participation.
We need about 25 for 2 shifts 8am- Noon and Noon-4pm volunteers to help with registration, silent auction, raffle, and with students holding signs. Please take the time to SIGN UP HERE.

FUNDRAISING

Christmas Wreath Fundraiser DUE MONDAY, 10/26/2020 by end of rehearsal. You can either have your student deliver to Christi Sturgeon in office D during the day or leave in the band payment box. I will not be there to collect orders as I teach on Monday nights, but I will collect orders later Monday evening from the payment box.
Cheesecake orders will be available for pick up on November 10th. Please be prepared to pick up orders around 5:30 p.m. More details will be emailed in cut time closer to delivery.
If you'd like to serve on the fundraising team, we can use you! Please email the address above to let me know of your interest! We also need someone who is interest in leading out for stadium cleanup. please email babandfundraising@gmail.com if this interests you!

Pride Store Online
The Pride Store is open an hour before and after all band parent meetings. Additional store events will be posted online, as well as dates for item pick ups. *We are fast approaching the end of the season...ALL PURCHASED ITEMS need to be picked up at the next meeting.
BOA 2020 Season Patches: Because we love your kiddos and wanted to do something for them in this crazy season, all members will be receiving a 2020 BOA patch. We are waiting for these to ship from Pep Wear- stay tuned!
Car Decals: Remaining decals needing picked up will be available at the next band parent meeting.
2020 Season merchandise: Ornament orders were sent, with the hopes of getting as many as possible completed by Christmas. NO ADDITIONAL ORDERS are being accepted on these items.
Show Buttons: (Non picture buttons) are still available for purchase. We will have these available at upcoming store events.
Street Signs and Coasters: Ordering is available online through October 31st. Please get your orders in before the deadline!
The Pride Store will host a mini-store at the upcoming Car Show on October 31st. Remaining show shirts and show buttons will be available for purchase at the event, as well as other select “car themed†merchandise. (This will not be a full store, as we will be off site for the event).
Tiger Threads Merchendise: We still have ordered items that have not been picked up. These and all other Pride store pre-orders will be available at the next parent meeting.
Please note we do not ship store orders!
